The use of www.openmytaxoffice.com (along with all subdomains, collectively, the “Website”), which is owned and maintained by SCkALE LLC (“SCkALE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is governed by the policies, terms, conditions, and notices set forth below. Please read them carefully. By accessing, using, or subscribing to the Website, you affirm that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms, and you and your business agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and SCkALE LLC and govern your use of the Website and any services, tools, or resources offered through it (the “Services”).
These Terms contain arbitration and class action waiver provisions that waive your right to a court hearing, jury trial, or participation in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration is mandatory unless otherwise specified in Section 11.

Every business is unique. SCkALE does not guarantee any specific results, income, or success from using our Website or Services. We do not sell a “get rich quick” program, business opportunity, or franchise. Opening a tax office requires effort, compliance with law, and business judgment beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCkALE and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. SCkALE’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $1,000 or the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes must first be submitted to SCkALE at legal@openmytaxoffice.com. If unresolved within 120 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Arbitration will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise agreed.

12. SCkALE’s Additional Remedies
SCkALE may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the event of intellectual property infringement or breach of these Terms.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SCkALE harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
